Snickers Dip

One of my favorite reasons to host our small group (besides the clean house!) is the opportunity to try out new recipes. When I saw a recipe on Pinterest for Snickers Dip, I knew that it would be this week's spotlight recipe!

Of course the recipe fits one of my top requirements for cooking: it's easy! Here are the ingredients:

2 (8 ounce) packages of cream cheese, softened
1 (8 ounce) Cool Whip
1/4 cup brown sugar
6 Snickers bars, chopped

Directions:

Mix all ingredients together.

Chill overnight to better blend the flavors.

Serve with pretzels or graham crackers.

I actually halved the recipe (though I still used 4 Snickers bars instead of 3) and only let it chill for about 5 hours before our dinner, not overnight like it calls for. At first Cody and I thought like it didn't seemed like enough Snickers at all, but after it sat together, more of the caramel and flavors mixed in to increase the taste, so you could possibly get by with the 3 called for bars.

Snickers Dip. Ready and waiting for small group!

Next time you're hosting company, try out this recipe. It takes all of five minutes to put together, chill, then put on your prettiest plate and enjoy!
