I can't believe that I haven't shared this recipe before. Hands down, this is *always* my go to recipe when I need to take dessert to a party or provide a quick, easy treat for something at our house.
You'll need:
cake mix (any flavor)
1/2 C oil
2 eggs
mix ins of your choice

put all items into your bowl and mix together.

drop by spoonfuls onto a cookie sheet.

bake 375 for 6-8 minutes. {these cookies are better when you undercook them. the ooey gooeyness is too much to handle!}

this also makes a fabulous christmas gift. layer a mason jar with the cake mix and mix ins and include the directions on a cute piece of paper. easy, thoughtful and delicious!

you can also make these as cake mix bars. mix the oil, egg and cake mix together. pat into a greased 9 x13 pan, then sprinkle your mix ins on top and pat them into the dough. {it's easier to make sure they're evenly dispersed by putting them on at the end.} bake 350 for 15-20 minutes, remembering the ooey gooey rule!
