Day 3 & 4

No real news to update on, but I at least wanted to put something on the blog for you!

We have had a wonderful relaxing but semi-full weekend. Yesterday we started out by visiting the house from the movie A Christmas Story . Nathan and Cody are HUGE fans of the movie so this was a huge treat for them! We actually learned a lot about the filming process and got some great pictures! I'm using the community computer right now so I can't show them to you, but hopefully later tonight I'll be able to do one big picture post.

After spending about 2 hours at the house, the guys took mom and I to a big shopping area and they headed over to the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame. They were worried we wouldn't be able to spend 3 hours shopping. Boy did we prove them wrong :) Honestly, we were worried about how my leg would be feeling after the cath yesterday and if I would be up to a lot of walking. While the bruising has gotten worse and it's still swollen, thankfully I'm not in any pain from it. The boys had a great time at the Hall of Fame and could have spent a lot more time there, but it was getting rather late. We ended up having a great dinner at Olive Garden and then came back to the Ronald McDonald House for cheesecake.

We've spent most of today relaxing (and sleeping!) We decided last night to sleep in as late as we wanted... Nathan, Cody and I weren't expecting to sleep in till 11:30!!! Needless to say we're well rested. My mom and I are washing a few loads of clothes right now and the boys are headed to the Cleveland Celtics game. After all, how often do you get to see Lebran James play?!?! {I hope you all realize that I am only mimicking the boys words... I have no idea if I even got the team name or his name spelled right!} Either way, it's been a good Sunday. I think we've all enjoyed the down time and feel refreshed for tomorrow.

We'll meet with pre-op and the anesthesiologist tomorrow at 10:30 and then well meet the surgeon at 1:00 (Cleveland times). We still have a lot of questions that haven't been answered that he will have the answers for.. including when the surgery will be! We'll let you know as soon as we know!

Hope you have had a wonderful weekend!
