Cinnamon Roll Bundt Cake

The other day, thanks to the likes of Pinterest, my mom stumbled upon a recipe for a Salted Caramel Mocha cake that peaked her interest. When she clicked over to read the recipe, she discovered not only that recipe, but 52+ wonderful bundt cake recipes that all look delicious.

Do yourself a favor and check out Mix and Match Mama. I've barely touched the surface on the recipes she has posted and I am hooked! As far as the bundt cakes go, it looks like she uses the same base of a recipe and just add extras in to give each recipe pizazz. I started off making the Cinnamon Bundt Cake and oh. my. goodness!

SO DELICIOUS!

Here's what you'll need:
1 box of white cake mix
2 small boxes of instant vanilla pudding
1/2 cup veggie oil
1 1/4 cups water
4 eggs
4 tablespoons cinnamon (divided)
1 cup brown sugar
3 cups powdered sugar
3-4 tablespoons milk

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix cake mix, puddings, oil, water, eggs and 2 tbs. of cinnamon well. Pour half of the batter into a greased bundt pan. In a separate bowl, mix the brown sugar and remaining cinnamon. Sprinkle the mixture over the cake batter (yes, it is a lot!) Pour the remaining cake batter on top and bake for 40-45 minutes. Let the cake cool for about 10 minutes and invert onto your cake platter.

She suggests using a powdered sugar icing, but I knew there was no way you can beat out cream cheese icing when you make a cinnamon roll cake!
