Easy Peasy Waffles

I'm not even sure I can count this as a recipe, it's that easy. But, it is something I actually made for dinner so I thought I would share.  I first saw this on my friend Amanda's blog, which left me craving waffles. Thanks to some rainy weather this week, it was the perfect time to try them out and serve breakfast for dinner!

Here's what you need:
1 or 2 cans of the small biscuits {I used the cheapy homestyle kind}
A waffle iron
Toppings of your choice {we used syrup, fresh fruit and whipped cream might have been better!}

Take 4 of the biscuits and place one in each square of your waffle iron. They will only need to cook as long as what a normal waffle would. Mine has the light that changes when they're done, but in case your's doesn't, I would say two minutes max.

Serve with scrambled eggs, sausage and a big 'ole glass of milk.

And if you're really lucky, you may even get to enjoy them outside on your new patio furniture!

{please note that our patio furniture isn't normally stacked on top of each other. it just so happened that it started to rain *theveryday* we set it up outside and has rained all week since then. even though i know it's made to resist the weather, cody knew it bothered me and was sweet enough to pile it all in the middle of our patio to keep it from getting too wet!}
