Easy Breakfast

Cody and I didn't have time to eat breakfast before church this morning, so by the time we made it home, we were both very hungry and still in the mood for breakfast food. I had just enough milk to make this and knew I needed to share it for those whose culinary skills are a rival for mine!

Oven Baked Pancakes
1/3 C Flour (whole wheat)
1 tsp sugar
1/4 tsp salt
1/3 C milk
2 eggs

Topping:
1/2- 1 C Vanilla Yogurt
1 apple
cinnamon and sugar

Heat oven to 400. Put a round pan in the oven to heat. Beat flour, sugar, salt, milk and eggs until smooth. Spray Pam in a hot pan then pour in mixture. Bake 15-20 minutes until puffed and brown.

While baking, cut apple into bite size pieces. Sprinkle with cinnamon and sugar, microwave 1-2 minutes. Once pancake is out, cut in half and put on plate. Spoon yogurt and apples onto pancake.

{we didn't have yogurt today, so I did the apples with a tiny bit of syrup. cody did syrup and powdered sugar. yogurt and apples is hands down my favorite.}

Here's what it looks like when it's ready to come out of the over:

{I will say that normally, it only puffs up around the edges.... not sure what happened this time!}

Set it on the counter:

And watch it fall:

Top with apples and enjoy!

{I've also decided I must do all of my cooking at noon... the lighting made all of the difference! So easy to get good photos!}
